Jan you may have a very valid point. Without sleep, the body undergoes some tremendous stress, and stress affects people different ways. Stress has been shown to be linked to acne, so it very well could be. Personally, I am 32 years old and am mostly silver headed. Started turning gray haired when I was in the 11th grade. Now, some of it may be hereditary, but I firmly believe that a lot of it was caused by the stress on my body due to OSA. Back then, I knew something was not right, I just did not know what it was.

Yes, I agree, acne is related to stress, as well as hormones, and we all know teens have plenty of those!

Jan, if you want a mask that you can wear your creams with try the Swift, it doesn't touch any part of your face except your nostrils, not even your upper lip. Yes, it is going to be noisier than your Activa, but it will solve your problem.

RG, glad to hear the hard frame on the Activa will fit any soft mask part, because I just ordered the Shallow cushion yesterday. CPAP.com people will tell you the Shallow is designed for people with wide flat noses, but I certainly can't see why I need 2" of space between the tip of my nose and the outside edge of the cushion. I think CPAP.com needs to revise it's fitting charts.
