Question Regarding Dental Issues

Cflame1, I am kinda hoping it is a sinus issue cause TMJ does'nt have much remedies to cure or help it..... It has some but if I would have to live with TMJ for the rest of my life, then it will be pure pain. What would the dentist do for me? Give me a mouth peice while I sleep? He did'nt say much when I told him I might be grinding my teeth while I slept. In fact he kinda dismnissed it and just tried to see if my other teeth had problems. But I will definately go to see him again if my issues dont clear up.
