Being jaded, I'll bet some "management type" sat in a meeting with the office staff and screamed at them for 45 minutes to get sales up or they'd all be fired.
And this phone call is the result.
Been there. Been laid off from there. Not currently, just have a bad memory of a previous employer and a previous "recession" that he just couldn't fathom.
