I couldn't give it a fair shake because I couldn't fall asleep with it. Retrospectively I suspect this was due to the clear airway test puffs of air from my System One preventing me from falling asleep, but at the time I couldn't figure out what those sensations were due to. Those test puffs were more difficult to tolerate IN my mouth than on my face. I also couldn't get the nasal plugs right, but that may be my nose.

Some succeed with this mask; however, I don't know why anyone would try an oral mask unless they had failed with traditional masks.

I tried the Oracle about a year ago. They didn't have a small mouthpiece for it, and the medium was really too large for me. Never could get the nose plugs to work, but that was mainly because I had a respiratory infection, and my nose was leaking.

The chief issue with the Oracle was that even with the humidifier on high, the air blowing directly in my mouth dried my mouth rather badly.

Some people, with nasal blockage, do well with the Oracle. I found that for me, the Zzz-mask full face worked better.

I used the Oral mask for over a year and was very happy with it, but it did not give the results I needed.
When I changed dokters the new one made me use a nose mask for better results. I've been a mouth breather all my life (73) so it was hard to get used to but now I manage. Had a sleeptest last week and my AHI was 0.9. As for the use, I still miss my Oral.
