I see what you were talking about. That lady doesn't know what she was talking about. I've never heard one person complain about the noise of my machine. I don't even notice it myself, and it sits right next to me while I sleep.
As far as the jet engines go, maybe she should move away from the airport. Then she might be able to notice how quiet most machines are already.
