Should I cancel my titration?

I agree that you should raise the starting pressure to something you are comfortable with. On the mask issue, I use the Swift FX. There is almost nothing to it and when properly adjusted, I cannot tell that I am wearing it. The whistling noise indicates that the mask is not fitting properly. Also proper strap tension is a lot less than you would expect.
