Go back to your DME Guy, and make him give you the Small that he threw away. He can steal from another patient, one that don't care if he doesn't get the parts that he's paid for. Jim

Irritated nostrils are probably par for the course for mose people when they start using nasal pillows -- our nostrils are not used to have something touching them for so long -- whether or not they are inflated.

Switch masks for a night or 2 to give your nose a break
Make sure the nasal pillows aren't pushed in too deep
Use a something to protect your nostrils -- people have reported great success with Lanisoh.
