My strongest recommendation would be to remove your mask before drinking.
Oh, Alcohol.
That's up to you and your doctor. If you are on any meds which are contraindicated with alcohol, then no, you shouldn't drink in conjunction with those meds.
I gave up beer nine years ago, long before CPAP. My gut thanks me for this, but I do miss my dark beers.
I still drink red or white wines for special occasion dinners, and I do use wine in cooking.
Getting drunk as a skunk is a bad idea, CPAP or no CPAP.
