Can having the pressure too high cause you to feel light headed & dizzy when you wake up in the morning?

Odds are you are not getting the full benefit of the mask. You may have leaks during the night. Before CPAP, I felt that way. It still takes me a little to wake up but I don't have the lightheadeness or headaches for that matter.
