I guess not, so that kind of whizzed past me. I kind of thought is was a "You've Got Mail" reference, but I haven't seen that one either.

Meanwhile, with the only as yet unturned knob that I have under my control being the SSRI knob, that's the knob I'm going to turn. In fact, this is already day 2 of knob turning. My plan: 5 days of 50% dose (100mg), 5 days of 25% dose (50mg), then el zippo.
THIS IS WAY TOO FAST.............SLOW DOWN. It takes 14-21 days for the level of an SSRI to build up in your system and even longer to work it out......decreasing doses 5 days at a time is way too much of a shock to your system. Please don't crash.......and share your plans with someone you love so they can help monitor you...
I thought my schedule was an admirably restrained alternative to balls-out cold-turkey. I don't think I have the patience for a slower schedule. Besides, it's for Science. The Boss has been informed and is fully on-board. It'll be good.

Things I'd investigate if I were you. Titration on a bi-level machine as it seems like you need high pressures. More sleep knowledgeable doc and a better lab. Those are long apneas -- I'd buy a recording oximeter and get numbers to determine the desatuations and effects on pulse rate from those events. That's likely too little time to fully come off SSRIs but you could start supplementing with omega 3s as they achieve the same effect and do no interfer with the drugs..I take Coromega gel packettes and a high DHA supplement for brain health, might investigate those. The new limb movements have got to be messing with your sleep -- the question is why now? Has your treament been so far been so poor that this apparent new problem has emerged? Or, is it a reaction to just plain lousy sleep? All things to consider.
ResMed S9 range 9.8-17, RespCare Hybrid FFM
Never, never, never, never say never.

Got one. Generally do not go below 90% with a nightly mean of 95%. So even the therapy I'm getting now is helping enormously on that front. But have tons of pulse "events", even more front-loaded on the night than the apneas; probably 80% of the pulse events in the first 3 hours.

I take a tablespoon of Carlson's Very Finest Fish Oil, Bottled in Norway, yummy lemon flavor maybe 5 times a week.
