I wonder about the possible diabetes thing also. Since you're having mask issues, you probably start stressing as soon as you get the mask on which would cause blood sugar to rise, and could definately cause dry mouth. I know I was having issues when I first started this cpap thing because I was so stressed about even going to bed. You should borrow a blood tester from someone, if someone has one in your proximity and do a finger poke and check your blood sugar for the heck of it...if nothing else, it would prove us who are pointing at diabetes as the culprit, wrong.

sometimes you can get dry mouth with humidifier set too high. Strange I know...Try setting at 2 or 3.
