how long till you felt better??

You are definitely NOT alone in this. Just about anything you may have a problem with, someone else has already experienced and has some advice on. It's a great forum.
I too think I must have had sleep problems from way back. OSA runs in my family--Dad and all 5 of us "kids" have it. My husband says I was born tired.
My pressure is 7, but will be set 5-12 when I get my auto.
