Could you be breathing or snoring through your mouth during these Events?

My cousin also braggs about the Swift FX, but also began snoring recently too.

Hi JG

Just wanted to add... there will always be free advice and some of it is worth more than others. You should let it wash over you rather than making it like a wall that makes you turn in a different direction... take your time. Remember therapy is a marathon... not a race.

IMHO I would stick with any suggestion you feel worthy, for at least a couple of weeks to a month before making a change and then perhaps make the change subtle as opposed to a different direction. Give the changes a chance and note differences on a daily basis with a least some kind of detailed notes or perhaps numbers so that you can find the "trend"...

People who give you advice and have a medical degree probably deserve a weighted value until you have truthful evidence to disprove it.

If you like the Nasal Pillow then collect all the evidence you can and try to make the mask work best for you before discarding. Just because you know how to change the pressure doesn't mean that you should w/o "good" reason.

Just my thoughts... everyone here is trying to help in their own way - you control your own fate.
