You probably know from reading this forum that 5 is a pretty low pressure and not usually therapeutic. I have also experimented with different pressure ranges and did feel a little bloating the next day, but after a few days of the new pressure that went away. So, I'd give it a week at least unless it becomes unbearable for you.Swim_Bike_Run wrote:Should I switch back my settings to 5-15? Is the stomach thing I experinced somewhat normal when raising my lower pressure? My leaks were low last night also.
Thanks again.

Haver you checked your sleeping position in relation to your snoring and or apneas? You could be having events in a partial or complete supine position that your pressure is not enough to overcome or prevent? You can use a web cam, surveillance cam or low light video camera, and monitor yourtime asleep (or time in bed) over several nights and try to figure out what is going on? If you can't see it or measure it, then you / we are just guessing.
If you do end up partially or completely on your back at some point, you can either keep raising your pressure or figure out ways to "TRY" and stay off your back. Even your head turning from the side may be enough to increase events. Prevention of a supine position is not easy when asleep.
No matter what you are doing, it's very helpful to actually see several nights of sleep, vs. just guessing, as is having your machines data.
Good luck & keep us posted.

I MUST stay off my back to reduce OSA & snoring. I use a small backpack of solid styrofoam to keep me on my side (tennis balls too small), & use DIY customized soft foam pillow to keep my head in a side sleeping position to eliminate most OSA.
