Uncle Bob,

Would you please send me a PM for the manual link? I just got my S9 Autoset last night and love it. It is much quieter than my old Remstar. I got the thermal hose and now have humidity without rainout. I live in AZ where it is rather dry but sleep in a cold room (68 degrees). Recently got the Hybrid mask as well. Was diagnosed in 1996, this is the FIRST time I have had a mask that fits! No mask leaks, humid air, quiet machine, I am one happy camper.

Thanks,
Cynthia

I fixed the link and sent you a PM
I just began using my ResMed S9 Elite on July 7th and would love to load and use the 3.10 ResScan software. I'm definitely a newbie and love my results so far with my CPAP machine. I have been experiencing deep, wonderful sleep for the first time in my adult life and my wife has actually slept without ear plugs for a number of nights in a row (she is sleeping much better too!).

As a next step in taking responsibility for my therapy, I'd really like to quantify / track / analyze the results that I'm experiencing. I began looking for the 3.10 ResScan software and, to my dismay, was not able to find it. It looks like this is a common issue

Uncle Bob, thank you for posting the clinical manual download link, it is very informative - would you be so kind as to PM me a link to the software as well? I very much appreciate it! Thanks in advance.

Yours, in restful sleep...

John.

Assuming you checked the box to install the drivers when you installed ResScan then try removing the card and inserting it the other way around.

Have been using ResScan software with S8 for several years before switching to S9 and ResScan 3.10.
THIS makes all the difference in all the world. Unless you have super insurance and a smart doctor, they're going to send you home with the wrong machine and check back with you in a year or two. When I FINALLY got an AutoSet S9, my therapy began to work because I was able to see from the ResScan reports that the pressure was not initially set properly, and I corrected that quickly.

I have not been able to find any newer versions of ResScan. I own an original copy of ResScan 3.7, reader, card and an S8 Elite and heated humidifier. Will try to sell.

Anyone know where I can find 3.13 or higher?

I just received my S9 yesterday. Wow, what a difference the S9 made sleeping last night. My wife can get rid of her ear plugs. How can I locate uncle bob to obtain a link to download the rescan software to begin managing my condition?
