ResMed Humidaire 3i (#33906)

Post by LIslander » Sun Feb 07, 2010 4:21 pm

I have a ResMed Humidaire 3i (Model 33906) with the H4i water chamber upgrade kit (#26959) that I had recently purchased last month but never used and which I know that I will not have a need to use since I am in the midst obtaining an oral appliance. It is in excellent/pristine working condition. This is normally used with the ResMed S8 Series CPAP machine.

I would appreciate it if anyone could suggest info and/or direct me to where I can recoup what spent on this (or at least most what I spent on this) or get in touch with a company that possibly does acquire new CPAP parts for resale since I will not have any use for it.

You can try to sell it on CPAPauction.com ... good luck with the oral appliance. It works for some people. It doesn't work for others. I hope you find it works well for you!

Put it on craigslist. If you put on cpapauction, for new seller, they will charge you 10% fee on total price, plus additional fee of 2.9% on paypal to recieved and transfer your money to your bank account (3 days waiting period). If you put it on the auction, you have limited buyer and those with a prescription could buy it.

So, don't limited your resources in selling the item, there always other options. Talk to your nurses or the sleep study place, I know for a fact, they have people who can't afford those items and looking for alternatives of a bargain deal.

I hope this help in recouping your money, good luck

have great sleep

I tried inquiring with a number of companies that sell CPAP machines and parts to see if they also bought practically new items for resale, but unfortunately that was only wishful thinking.
I think that I will have to give both craigslist and ebay a try & see how that goes.
Thanks.

These people buy used equipment. I have no experience with them.
