Hi! I've been on CPAP for about 2 months. My health has improved and I feel much more alert during the day. I have a Remstar Plus w/c-flex. Am using a Respironics gel mask. The last week I have been experiencing severe gas in the morning. Is this from swallowing air? I have learned many things from this forum and hope that I may be able to offer advice.

Welcome Herb,
I, luckily have not had that problem. Do you have a high pressure setting? One thing I've read you can try is to elevate your head/torso when you sleep to let gravity help with the keeping the air out of your digestive system.
Now that you've introduced yourself to the forum, if you have further questions post them on the CPAP and Sleep Apnea forum rather than the introductions forum (more people monitor the main forum)
Good luck
