yes, it is a very comfortable setting. In fact I have settled on this settings for more than a month.
What I did is just compare the Respironics mask nose pillow settings for the samll pillow (x4) and then just follow the setting for Swift FX small pillow

Re: PR System One Resistance Settings for Mask?
So far, I'm not having a lot of luck confirming the resistance setting for the EasyLife nasal mask. My DME doesn't know so I called Philips Respironics.
I spoke with a very nice customer service rep. who unfortunately didn't know either. Apparently it is not on the PR1 list because it was developed afterwards. She was a little embarrassed that she didn't know and asked to put me on hold while she found out. She was a little more embarrassed when she came back on the line because she couldn't find the information. She said that she has a coworker who will know, but s/he is out of the office for a while (lunch?) and she herself will be leaving for a while at 1. We left it that she will call me back later this afternoon when she has the information. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
I do appreciate it that while she agrees with me that the setting is most probably "1" since that is what the other nasal masks use, she doesn't want to guess. She could easily have said something like "Oh, all our nasal masks use a resistance of 1" and left it at that. I wouldn't have known that she was guessing.

Re: PR System One Resistance Settings for Mask?
For anyone using the ProBasics Zzz-Mask full face mask, our local Respironics Rep told me to use X1 for mask selection.
Frankly, I'm beginning to think that Respironics had the better idea w/their Legacy and M Series - let the PAP just report the Leak rate and let the user deduct that mask's "allowed vent rate" from the reported Leak rate to determine if they needed to improve their leaks or not.
At first I liked Resmed's method of subtracting the "allowed vent rate" from the reported Leak rate w/their Mask Selection feature. Now I find I really dislike it since I've seldom used a Resmed mask. And if you use the WRONG mask selection your data can get really skewed and unreliable. Its a feature I think the manufacturers would do well to eliminate - ESPECIALLY since they are unwilling to provide information when you use other than their brand masks.
In fact, I am going to go post that suggested for DeVilbiss Marketing before the 11 Mar 11 deadline for suggestions!!!!
