Night before last, I woke up around 4 am and my sinuses were a little stuffy. I've been tweaking with my humidity and have had it pretty well dialed in lately. Since I was so stuffed up, I decided to switch to my FF mask. I even remembered to change the settings in my machine. When I checked my numbers the next morning, here is what I had.
I'm not sure what happened. I felt fine but according to these numbers I was hardly breating at all.
Anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on?

Not knowing what position(s) you sleep in, that cluster looks to me like you were sleeping on your back for awhile. (the worst position for apneas to occur)

I don't really know.
Try the FFM when you're not so stuffy -- and maybe you need a bit more pressure on that mask even under normal conditions.
As far as I know, the "Mask Setting" is only relevant for leaks, it does not affect the pressure supplied.
Glad you're feeling well!
