Sounds like with some comfort tweaking, the Full Face mask is going to work out ok for you. If for any reason it doesn't, or if you ever want to switch on some nights to a non-FF mask and need to tape, here's a link to more than anyone could possibly want to read about taping... LOL!! Me, I use 3M blue painters tape -- you can get it at home improvement stores.

rested gal,

First, as others have commented, you look smoking-hot in your new avatar photo! (Not saying that you didn't look fabulous before, you know, but wow!)

Do you have a direct link to your specific blue painter's tape mouth-taping technique? And, what width is your tape? Taping may be the next thing I try, after my current Quattro experiment (detailed in another thread).

I have been a CPAP user for about eight months. On many nights I've struggled to get to sleep. Recently, my wife found a pillow on-line that was developed specifically for CPAP users; it's called the "SleepPAPpillow." The pillow has indentions of three sides, making it far more accomodating to a CPAP user.

On average, I am sleeping much better using this new pillow. I would strongly recommend it to others........ I have no connection to Hudson Medical Products, the company that is marketing this product.

Received my CPAP 1 week ago. Feeling a different kind of tired, more of a body tired versus a deep overall tired . Only one problem so far , wake up with a very dry mouth. Any advice?
I so understand what you are saying-I feel the same exact way. Just started CPAP about a week and a half ago. I am now looking to see if I am the only one who feels this way-but I see that I am not. I hope it gets better!
