Headaches from using cpap
Im a newbie on the use of the cpap unit and ive used it twice once in the sleep clinic and once at home and both times have woken up with a headache is there a logical explanation to why this is happening ....
Re: Headaches from using cpap
Hmmm, could the straps be too tight on your mask? Mine were at first and left indentations on my forhead. I am just thinking outloud here, hopefully someone else will know more information for you

Re: Headaches from using cpap
It could be that the straps on your mask are too tight or it could be that your pressure is set too low. If it is too low, the machine cannot blow out the Co2 well enough and you rebreathe and that can cause headaches.
What pressure is your machine set at?
