Thanks for the great reference material. While you're at it could you define the sleep architecture terms you've used SWS, stage 1, etc...

Hi Titrator

Thanks for the list......Some of those meds are used for anti depressants some of those meds I heard of. I know a few people who use the meds listed on your list.

I heard of Celexa or better known Citropram. That treats depressive illnesses. I found that some as a side effect make people sleep heavier then usual.

Like the one listed on Benzos are sleeping meds.....ie: Tamaze

Madopar is a anti parkingson's med....controls restless leg sydrome.
Been on CPAP for a while.....I had moderate apenoa
