A reasonable consideration would be if Mr. Carbonman copied the image and parodied this with a wart growing out of the nozguard, as this would be creative and entertaining. But, he did nothing to the image
except post the image on the website without first asking permission. I'll let the peers of the forum judge these statements and decide on their own accord as jury.
