That's what I meant. If I have three more gray hair, it can't be classified as gray any longer, that is the point they call it white.

I did the same thing, submitted a post, it was stupid, and I was embarrassed and beat myself up, I stayed off the forum, but would still just read, but never sign on or comment. Not that I have a lot to say, but sometimes like to make a comment or two. After reading your feelings, I decided I'm over it, forgave myself, and now I came back. I'm too old to be sweating the small stuff. Hope you do the same.

We've all said or written things that we later regretted, cpapper. I know I have -- more than once! I've felt like an idiot here a few times (as I have in "real life" from time to time). But, oh well. I'm human, and I still have a lot of healing to do, both physically and emotionally.

I've only been here a few months myself, but I'm glad to see you're back. Our CPAP therapy is too important not to keep learning and get any support we need. The people here are very forgiving.
