I use a combination of tapes. I use a waterproof tape that may be the one Dan refers to above. It is very cushiony and I also use it for the bridge of my nose to prevent irritation. But the one I have is only 1" and flesh colored. I place that across my lips first, being waterproof, and place a 2" strip of the white paper 3m tape on top of that. I never had any issue removing either. The waterproof tape first helps the 2" tape stay on longer. Both are always loose and starting to come off by morning from moisture.
