I'm so glad that turning the humidifier down a bit helped! Your numbers are even better!!

It's a lot of trial and error to get optimum results. A weekly average AHI of 0.6 is about as good as it gets! You are doing just great!

Hours of operation: 5.34
Leak rate: .14
AHI: .1
AI: None
HI: .1

I see the weekly average is hanging at .6 for AHI....not bad at all.
Those are truly spectacular results! Most people here don't see those numbers. I get zero apneas, but so far (in just over two months) my AHI hasn't been below 1.0. I'm working on it, though.

If you don't mind sharing, what was your AHI during your initial sleep study?

Actually, with a Resmed machine, those numbers are really great! Since Resmed machines count hypopneas differently, getting an AHI below 1 on a Resmed is not very common.

On the other hand, Respironics machines count differently and an AHI under 1 is possible a lot more of the time. I almost always have an AHI under 1.

Doesn't mean one machine is better than the other, just different and comparing data from them can be discouraging.

Rested Gal always says that people with Resmed machines should aim for a very low AI and half the H so that it will be more comparable to Respironics data.
