I guess I'll have to buy one and see how it goes. I can't travel with the heavy Tempurpedic and don't want to buy another one for AZ. So i just wanted to let people know that i have the regular pillow now and have heard that the larger pillow is likely to be available within the week. I have an order in and hope to receive one ASAP. I will then switch to the new larger one and post a comparison review as soon as i feel possible.

I have been suffering from sleepless nights for years due to menopause.
In search of the best pillow, I have spent lots of money trying to find the right one... Tempurpedic one horrid, another larger but similar worse, other memory foam pillows too hot. I had hope with the "Sealy Posturepedic Grand Impression" pillow which offers "Superior Neck Support". By the 3rd week it had a permanent 'grand impression' right in the middle of the pillow and I couldn't get it to fluff out... so I took all of the above options back to the stores with the sales receipts and got my refunds.
I can recall years ago I purchased a buckwheat hull pillow but couldn't remember the name of the product so I started my search by Googling Buckwheat Hull Pillows... The Regenesis Pillow came up as one of the options! I watched the short video and was convinced that this pillow would work as a permanent solution for me! I purchased the Extra Large size.
It came on Monday this week, today is Friday and I can't wait to go to bed at night now because I am getting the sleep I need and wake up ready to go in the morning! I found that the recommended starting point of 16 quarts of fill was a bit less supportive for my needs so I added two more quarts and found 18 to be my perfect solution! My C-spine has stopped making that crunching noise it used to make! I put a regular pillow case over it and it is working out just fine.
There are enough refill hulls left in the second bag that I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. Truly the best bang for my buck, and what a relief to be able to sleep and have great dreams as well!
I have noticed that some remarks have been made at this site about "noise". Once you get your pillow plumped so it is perfect for you, the hulls stay in place and off you go to slumber land! Since I am not tossing and turning any longer, I am thrilled to say, I sleep through the night now, and I have been suffering for almost 7 years before I found this pillow!
