CPAP Night 7

Post by KatieW » Sun Dec 13, 2009 12:12 pm

Since my old thread has gotten so long, and is now engaged in a group hug I'm starting a new one.

I've a had a cold the past few days, but data is still looking good. The numbers are slightly better than on apap. But most significant is the decrease in aerophagia, plus I'm sleeping longer, and feeling better rested.

Compared to the previous month on apap.

I'm going to do this for another week.

Wow! Yep, that's the bottom line, sleeping longer, feeling better! May your CPAP successes continue, KatieW!

It looks like your quest to find the "sweet spot" is giving you much-improved results, Katie. I wish you continued success (and hope you feel better soon)!
