Thanks DreamOn for your homework. I just ordered a CMS50D+ from http://www.oximetersonline.com/ and look forward to using it. The nice part was the Christmas present included. Oximetersonline is offering a holiday special for 10% off and when I elected to pay with PayPal I signed up for their BillMeLater service since they were offering a new customer discount up to $25. Not sure what is about, but I'll keep the account long enough to get teh discount, then pay it off in total. Nice price reduction combination. Hope it works. For now, the 10% covered the shipping with a couple bucks left over. Nice!!

I hope you like the oximeter. I love gadgets anyway, but it's provided some useful information. I like being able to cross-check my results. I do need to learn more about pulse variations during sleep, though--what's normal and what's not.
