OT: Happy Hanukkah!

Post by BleepingBeauty » Fri Dec 11, 2009 11:05 pm

To all who celebrate the Festival of Lights, Happy Hanukkah!

Image Image

All together now, with feeling and on key :

I have a little dreidel
I made it out of clay
And when it's dry and ready
Then dreidel I shall play!

Oh - dreidel, dreidel, dreidel
I made it out of clay
And when it's dry and ready
Then dreidel I shall play!

It has a lovely body
With legs so short and thin
And when my dreidel's tired
It drops and then I win!

Oh - dreidel, dreidel, dreidel
I made it out of clay
And when it's dry and ready
Then dreidel I shall play!

My dreidel's always playful
It loves to dance and spin
A happy game of dreidel
Come play now, let's begin!

Oh - dreidel, dreidel, dreidel
I made it out of clay
And when it's dry and ready
Then dreidel I shall play!
Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.

Thanks for posting that, RG. I didn't know where ozij was, but I was wondering if everything was okay with her, as I haven't seen her on the forum in awhile. I hope she's enjoying the celebrations.

Shalom, Ozij! I'm thinking Israel must be beautiful this time of year and hope you will have peace there soon.

Well, if I were Jewish I would be beside myself each year with GREAT indecision... Would I want to celebrate Hanukkah any given year, or would I prefer to celebrate Chanukah instead?

HAPPY HANUKKAH to our cpaptalk family members who are so inclined!!!

...But HAPPY CHANUKAH, dear cpaptalk friends, if you have opted to celebrate that holiday instead!

And HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all the rest!

Her last post was Nov.5. I, too, hope all is well with her!

Yep! Been wondering about and missing her, too.

Well, coincidentally she has been helping me with my SpO2 data the last couple weeks. I wanted her advice and thoughts about my migrating data patterns. And I can at least report ozij's usual sense of humor, sharp mind, and caring approach are just as intact as ever!

But I also get the impression she's busy. That she has taken time to help me speaks volumes.
