Unable to login/Get PMs

Post by bearcat-x16 » Thu Dec 10, 2009 1:54 pm

Needing help with logging in. I'm in a loop with incorrect password (got a new sent to me via email) and incorrect confirmation code. Have tried the admin board but have not heard anything back.

Thanks

Fred

Doesn't sound like the problem this time, but you might want to delete the cpaptalk cookie and try to log in again.

Rooster,

Thanks, I've tried that, didn't work. Shut the computer down, that didn't work. Been waiting to hear from the admin. but no luck.

Does it give you the login screen.......then act like (or tell you) it's logged you in.......and then go to the forum front page and you're not logged in?
If so, that SHOULD be the "cookies" problem Rooster was talking about.
Which browser (and version) are you using?

If you haven't yet, you might try erasing ALL of your cookies, delete the Temporary Internet files and then re-boot.
