been on the cpap for 5 days, my stomach is killing me, where does the air go

You're probably swallowing it. You might try setting your pressure down a point or two.

Jane normally when someone has bloating and a sore stomach it is because you are swallowing air. Your pressure may be too high, but the concern I have is that you have only been on cpap for 5 days. I am curious who programmed your machine. Is it possible that the wrong pressure was programmed in?

If you register here and then go up to user control panel, click on that then go over one tab to profile. Once in here, you can update your profile and list your equipment. Listing your equipment can help others on here help you.

Go over to the Walmart, buy a big Toy Ball for about three bucks! Bring it home, lay on top of it and roll around.

The ball will redistribute the trapped gas in such a way that it's released. If other family members are around, they are in for a good laugh as the gas escapes many orifices.

Works like a charm and good healthy family fun....
