The highest pressure you averaged during that time period was 8.7 cms BUT 90% of the time you only required 7.6 cms of pressure OR LESS.

Your 0 Leak rate is GREAT! If only more of us could get that consistently. But it isn't likely.

Your average AHI was 3.3 meaning you averaged 3.3 apneas AND hypopneas PER HOUR. "Normal" is <5.0 so you are doing great there too. Usually the AI (apnea index, i.e, number of apneas per hour) is less than the number of hypopneas per hour (HI, hypopnea index). We can't tell that for sure w/the figures you have given but the important thing is that your AHI is LESS than 5.0.

Since you mentioned "90%" pressure, I'm assuming you have a Respironics machine. ResMed machines would state it as the 95% pressure.

"Average Time in Large Leak Per Day 0 secs" means only that...that the machine didn't see a "Large Leak" (a leak over 75 liters per minute, which would almost be like having the mask off) but that doesn't say anything about leaks that didn't reach that level, but could still be massive enough to interfere with good therapy. You'd need to look at the other leak data to know whether or not you're doing ok regarding leaks.

Other than not knowing about the leak situation... as Slinky said, looks like you're doing well, aavenger.
