Data Variation

The last several days my PB420E has been reporting much higher rates of hypoapneas and runs than ever before. I am used to hypo's around 1.0 and runs around 25. The last several days I've been looking at hypo's of 10 and runs of 50. Apneas, Apneas/CA, Hypoapnea/FL, leakage, pressure, AV, etc are all pretty much consistant. Just for some reason the last several days the runs and hypo's were the highest ever in 6 weeks. I'm not aware of anything different physically about me in the last several days (ie, I'm not sick, no drinking, etc) and I guess I would have expected the other events to change at least a bit too - not to mention that if Runs are a series of flow limited breathing that I would expect Hypoapneas with Flow Limitation to increase not the non-flow limited 'plain' Hypoapneas.

So, weeks 1-5 my hypo's were 1.0 and runs 25
Week 6 my hypo's were 10 and runs 50

Apneas, Apneas/CA, Hypoapnea/FL, AV, Leakage, Pressure, etc have been reasonably consisted over the time period though.

Any thoughts on what would cause such a jump out of the blue?

Just a couple of wild thoughts from left field.......when's the last time you cleaned your mask really thoroughly? Also, have you noticed your face being more oily at night due to higher humidity or higher heat during the day?

Fall allergies are definitely kicking up.
Lots of things can kick up the numbers for awhile.
Sometimes just rotating with a different TYPE of mask can help.
Make sure your hose doesn't have any leaks.

Sometimes you the numbers come back on their own, other times it can take some pretty creative detective work.
