Re: Fake Distilled Water Sold in Canada
Canuck here...
Purchase my distilled water at PharmaPrix.
It is "Life Brand" with the label "Steam Distilled Water" and comes in 4 litre clear jugs.
No residue in my tanks... well over a year now.

I buy at Shoppers Drug Mart now
I've been purchasing the Shoppers Drug Mart, Life Brand Distilled water now. No residue in the tank here either, so I now this water is the real deal.

I buy mine at Superstore - (which is Loblaws). I have never had a problem.yamdigger wrote:I friend of mine who works at Loblaws said she'd get me a bottle of distilled water that they sell there. She says it's the real deal.
Thanks.

Re: Fake Distilled Water Sold in Canada
I buy my distilled water at Loblaws and have never had any problem, here is the brand Labrador Demineralized Water (4 litters jug) $1.99. If you buy Labrador pay attention to choose the Demineralized because they sell spring water too. Demineralized is written in green, spring water is written in blue.

Re: Fake Distilled Water Sold in Canada
I am not sure it's the same brand. I have been buying the distilled water at Food Basics (it's a lot cheaper than at other places). The container says "Selection; Distilled Water. Ozonated. Bottled for Metro Brands."
I have not observed any deposits in the humidifier chamber in the several years of usage. If the same, it might be a bad batch.

Re: Fake Distilled Water Sold in Canada
I purchase mine at Shoppers Drug Mart too, $1.29.
Super stores price was $1.97, Walmart's was $2.07, guesse I'll stick to Shoppers.

What exactly he means by this, I have no idea. Dear moderater: this might be a spammer/scammer.

For the record, I question that, too...TheDreamer wrote: they were still questioning why I needed it.
