How many months data does a Encore smart card hold? I didn't get any data last night i was wondering maybe the card was full

Jim if you pulled the card out right after you got up you pulled it out too soon before the info was logged. Someone just cleared mine recently and I had about six months or more of data on mine.

Most get close to a year.

Ideas have been tossed around but we aren't sure exactly what is going on. If you have some data from last night but not the one page of daily detailed graphs then you likely have been a victim. I had this happen on occasion and the next night the daily details would return for the next night. Funny thing is that since I got the new auto AFlex machine with much newer firmware I haven't had it happen once and I haven't reformatted the card. Been using it since Sept 12 and letting it be to see if it would have missing details and so far it has not happened but happened with the auto CFlex.

Do you need to prove compliance to the insurance company?
