I have an autoset 2 and notice that it doesn't allow the "auto start" feature to be enabled with a full face mask. That's too bad as I'd grown accustomed to it from my previous machine. I already read elsewhere that it's bad to 'cheat' the system and tell it you don't have a full face Mirage, or whatever, does anyone know of another, safe, approved workaround, or must I get used to climbing in the closet every night (behind my bed) and turning it on and off?
Thanks in advance.

Re: ResMed Autoset 2 AUTOSTART question
Ah that would explain a lot... my equipment provider couldn't figure out why I couldn't put the autostart mode on either (I have a full face mask).
I don't know if it is possible, but I'd be interesting in knowing too.

If your "leak alarm" is on, you can't have the auto-on feature on. Turn off the leak alarm, then turn on the auto start.jeremytang wrote:Ah that would explain a lot... my equipment provider couldn't figure out why I couldn't put the autostart mode on either (I have a full face mask).

If your leak alarm is OFF, and you still can't turn on the auto start, then you have to change your mask selection. I don't know why they do it, but they won't let you use the auto start with certain mask settings.
