100 Days

100 day results….
I went thru the sleep study in August 2009. I was diagnosed with Complex Apnea.I was presrcibed a Respironics Bipap with auto SV.My settings are Min IPAP of 15.0,Max IPAP of 30.0 and EPAP of 14.At first I had a few bumps in the road but now I am having very good luck with it all. I am feeling much better, getting almost 9 hours of VERY good rest each night and had my blood pressure taking this last week and it is the best in years for me.Below are my stats since I started. At first the results were not the best but I made up my mind I would NOT give up for the sake of my 8 grandchildren.

Average Peak IPAP 19.6
Average Apnea Index 0.8
Average Hypopnea Index 2.6
Average AHI 3.4
Average Tidal Volume 530.1 mi
Average Peak Flow 35.5 lpm

My AHI in sleep study was 37.5 per hour.
Any comments would be welcome.

Those numbers look great to me. I am not familiar with the machine you have or real familiar with complex sleep apnea. I am curious as to your leak numbers, they seem very low especially at that high of a pressure. What is your interface rated for leak or vent rate?
