Where do I sell a cpap? Ebay? Is it legal??

NOooooooooooooo Google Used CPAP machines and there are companies that recondition and resell and they pay well for them. I got $250. for two Remstars.

It's not illegal to buy one without a script, only to sell one that way, so if you can find what you're looking for, don't get excited, just buy it (presuming it's in good working order and you can get it refunded or something if not).

The law is an ass.

How come when I go to cpapauctiondotcom it takes me directly to cpapdotcom?

Because there is no more cpap auction and this is a very old thread.

Ebay and Amazon do not allow cpap sales, You could try Craig's list.

If you have any hopes of selling it here, you will need to include full model name/number, photos, hours of use, and a reasonable price. Most people here are pretty savvy about models and pricing.

Also, make sure that you are past compliance phase if you got the machine through insurance. If you sell the machine before it is officially yours, you may get billed for it later.

Another option is craigslist.
