I recently posted a comparison of the Swift II, and its newer brother, the Swift LT. After using both of them alternately for two weeks, I had originally had a preference for the LT, due to the swivel configuration that allows the hose to be re-routed to virtually any position. However, after the one month interval, issues began to develop with the Swift LT. The seal of the LT is definitely NOT as good as the Swift II--the ability to rotate the cylinder holding the pillow isn't the same---that allowed for fine-tuning of the angle of the pillow against the nares. Moreover, while I originally had a preference for the headgear adjustment of the LT (velcro versus the buckle variety), the Swift II simply is more comfortable for me. It can be made to seal tighter, without discomfort.
Also, the pillows of the II are definitely more durable than those of the LT. There have been many recent threads regarding the decreased durability of the LT pillows. I don't feel that the material of the Swift II pillows is as flimsy--it seems to hold shape more consistently.
In summary, while I originally had a slight preference for the LT, I now find that the Swift II feels BETTER for overall therapy for me. My AHI is slightly lower with it, and I have yet to have a leak with the Swift II (whereas, I was getting leaks periodically with the LT). So, I guess I shall step backwards and use the Swift II as my main mask, and the LT as a backup. I just find the overall convenience of the Swift II to be superior. Also, it is easier to do a full cleaning disassembly for me with the II, versus the LT. So, back to my original favorite mask!
