I was watching that yesterday. Very personal to me. I lost an uncle to MS. Cruel illness. Thrilled to see some new development.

Yes, both interesting and good news. I've lost a cousin to MS, and 3 extended family members are living with it. Thanks for sharing.

I have a friend who has MS. She is a young mother with three children. MS is like a thief, it doesn't steal your property, it steals your health and well-being. May this new treatment be beneficial to MS patients everywhere.

Those with friends or relatives with MS may want to research something called low dose naltrexone. It's out of patent, so of course there are no big bucks being spent on it, but it appears to, among other things, halt MS in its tracks.

Truly amazing, Too bad trying to change minds set in the way of drug corp lobbies, will make change that doesn't involve taking pills for life from them, hard to swallow. Other ways of treatment are out there, we need more people thinking out of the box. Jim

Amazing that it took so long for anyone to test for this possibility considering that the unusual iron deposits have been known about for so long. And wonderful that someone finally did put these two pieces of the puzzle together. Taking the nature of the circulatory system and the behavior of veins in particular, this theory could explain the strange periods of remission so often associated with MS.

Thank you so much for posting this link. I lost my mother to MS 40 years ago. I hope this treatment allows current and future MS sufferers to avoid the problems she had to live with.
