After re-re-re-adjusting my Swift II headgear numerous times to correct those slipping straps I finally decided to try a more permanent solution. I reset them to the nominal position and then stapled them to prevent slippage. It worked! The other nightly problem I experience with this mask is the rear head band creeping up toward the top of my head thus causing loosening of the mask. To resolve this I loosely tied a soft cord to the rear buckle and to each end of the nasal pillow straps. Although the mask is a bit more difficult to remove, I no longer have those leaks.

welcome
it helps to soak headgear in warm water and mild detergent
adjustments to headgear are often needed
it helps to pull mask slightly off face to see if elastic strap tension is even
