Can the data being read from encore smart card be configured in different formats. It look like only the last seven days are in a more detailed format, can I configre data to have more detailed data on a different date rather than the last seven days.

To get all the detailed data you need to download every seven days, going past that will cause the full data to fall off, also if you use more than one session a day, data may fall off before seven daya. Then there's the "M"agic Data loss feature, that sometimes gives your data a needed vacation.

Having "TANKS", my data bug is me forgetting to download every seven days. Jim
