Wishing you a Good Morning on a chilly day.
I am looking Smart Card Readers. I wanted to know if the Brand of Smart Card makes any difference in which Reader one gets?
My card is an EncorePro.
thanks

Yes it does only one type will work, DT-3500, it does come in three flavor, USB, Serial, Cardslot. USB is the one you want, Serial is outdated and cardslot is overpriced. Jim

Do you already have the software to run the card?

Yes, I am working on it. Thanks
I am most likely not buying one for a week or two.
The sleep dr. says I have Obstrative Apnea and Centrals. And they might need to change my machine?
I am not sure why they would need to. The Dme said to bring the card in about Monday next week. That they will send my results to the Dr.

If there's a chance your machine may change, you may want to hold off on buying card reader or software.
