Need help accessing patient data screens

My machine has 7 data screens according to the owners manual. 3 screens I can not access. Manual says the screen will only display if your home care provider has enabled it. I guess mine hasn't. The screens I can't get to are 90% pressure, system leak, and Apn-Hyp Index. Is there a way I can get these without taking the machine back to the provider. I would like to see this info on a regular basis. Thanks
