Quitting a 2-3 pack a day 35 year habit was bad. Not drinking when I loved to party was bad, Changing my diet to eat healthy and live longer is harder than both.
+100!!!

Eating 'right' is about the hardest thing there is, and our society makes it harder. Even if you can and want to cook for yourself, it is getting harder and harder to find appropriate foods. Go to a grocery store and compare the products that are unadulterated (generally butcher and produce, and then only if you ignore issues of pesticides, etc) to processed foods. The latter is growing bigger and bigger while the former shrinks.

Sleep loss is a terrible thing. People get grumpy, short-tempered, etc. That happens here even among the generally friendly. Try not to take it personally.
