JUST ORDERED RESMED'S New SOFT GEL

My DME wasn't aware of this new product. I had to call Resmed to get ordering numbers. The cushions are interchangeable with the Activa LT so instead of ordering a whole new mask I just ordered the cushions, one medium and one large to see which fits better.
I'll let you know how comfortable they are.

I am interested in hearing about your results. I hope this is really the improvement it is touted to be. As for me, I am waiting for the full face or hybrid version.
If it works for the nasal mask population, the future full face version should be workable too.

It's called the Mirage SoftGel mask and it was just released.



The new Mirage SoftGel is offered in two sizes - medium and large. The cushions are interchangeable with the original Activa and the new Activa LT. If you already own an Activa mask you can fit a SoftGel cushion on it!

I am looking forward to trying it on my Activia LT frame.

I had my eye on that also, it looks like it would be comfortable. I'm due for a mask in December so I might give it a try then.

They had to special order it so I should have it in a week or two. I'll let you know how it is.
