Well, I haven't figured out why they wanted all the swish noises and clicks on the web site, but.... anyway. Go to the site, and scroll down to where it says "Shower Bidets" on a button. Click that, then scroll down to the Olympia Shower Bidets. The LA-1 is all cold water; the LA-2 has warm water. Both are under $100, which isn't too bad a price. I learned about them on my Specific Carbohydrate Diet list (which is for Crohn's, UC, IBS, etc.) and have found them incredibly useful.

I can't do any commercial broths or boullions because they have crap in them that adds to my gut issues. I have to make my own broths from scratch.

E-lyte from Body Bio http://www.bodybio.com/storeproduct348.aspx has potassium, magnesium and sodium in it, and can be used with just water if you desire, although I throw a capful into the broth to make it a balanced electrolyte fluid. My electrolytes go to h-ll with a clean out, and I can't do Gatorade or Crystal Lyte, either. This is what I use. It basically just tastes salty.

I can't stand the sickeningly sweet stuff, either.
