I will try some of the suggestions in the last post ...I just thought that benadryl might keep me down enough that I wouldnt pull the mask off...nope.

anyone have detailed instructions on what all the buttons on the machine are ...ok 4 buttons and somehow I got some setting that was on 3 to 1 and its easier to breath out ..still cant keep it on...appreciate your suggestions ...

It would really be a good idea if you stuck to the same thread - people won't know from this one what it's all about.

I have the S8 Elite. Now I am a High School graduate, looked at the machine, saw 5 buttons, eliminated the on/off now I'm down to 4. I think, what if I push this button and this button, if nothing happens I push this button and that button, and maybe I'll get something and on and on. I don't know how to figure out how many combanations there would be but it can't be many. Just write down what you see and don't change anything until your more familiar. What you are looking for is EPR setting and I already think there is a button to correspond with menu, you may find it there.
EPR=Expiratory Pressure Relief 1, 2 & 3 = cm h2o of relief, I think
