Also, I take a beta blocker for high blood pressure and my nail beds have a bluish tinge.

Since I started this thread, I have had a lot of positive emotional/psychological changes. I'm not concerned about my nails relating to health problems so much. I have noticed them curving downward more on my index fingers, but that can be due to simple aging.
